Take a chance to follow sandy trails and explore a remote island wilderness with tour guide Lucy as she works with researcher Christopher to investigate illegal activities and long buried secrets on a beautiful but treacherous island.
Heart-broken nature guide, Lucy Talbot, is facing her greatest challenge. She must return to the island where her ex-lover and fellow guide disappeared six months ago to lead an all-inclusive gourmet walking tour. She needs closure and she’s certain that being on the island will help to heal her heart. Wildlife researcher, Christopher Hawkins is seeking solitude on his island while conducting his bird surveys but sharing it with tourists isn’t part of his plan. Nor have they sought his permission to be there. When a severe storm prevents Lucy’s tour group from leaving the island, they must take shelter in an old sealers hut with Christopher. Despite the initial annoyances, both Lucy and Christopher are slowly drawn together, each trying to deny the attraction and spark between them. Both have secrets from the past, but they’ll need to work together to solve the strange happenings and intrusions that are threatening to destroy the pristine nature of the island.
